Serenity Dental Policy for Providing Emergency Dental Care During COVID-19
We are here to help during this difficult time!
To ensure your health and safety, our practice is employing all proper precautions. We follow the infection protocol, safety guidelines and recommendations provided by the CDC (Center for Disease Control) and the State of Colorado. And as always, we will continue to utilize state-of-the art protective equipment and sterilization measures for all instruments, equipment and office space areas.
For upcoming appointments, we are implementing a few new procedures to ensure everyone’s health and safety.
- Please contact us to reschedule your appointment if you have had any flu-like symptoms, cough or fever within the 14 days before your scheduled appointment.
- We will be taking the temperature of all patients once they arrive at our office.
- We are requiring that all patients complete a Coronavirus symptom questionnaire once they arrive at our office. These procedures will allow us to screen patients who may have been exposed to Coronavirus. Patients with an elevated temperature; or, who have had Coronavirus-like symptoms or been exposed to Coronavirus in the past 14 days will be sent home and not treated.
Thank you for your support and cooperation as we face this evolving challenge together. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.
